Delete your Catalyst account

You can delete your account at any time. In the app it happens straight away.

In the app

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap “Saved online” under your name.
3. Tap “Delete my account”, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. You don't have to ask anyone. It removes everything saved to your account:

• your name, Kat's outfit, pose and title;
• your wardrobe and samples, including anything you bought with atoms;
• your Molecule of the day times;
• your sign-in, so nobody can use the account again.

Cancel Catalyst Plus first

Deleting your account doesn't cancel Catalyst Plus bought through Google Play or the App Store. The subscription belongs to your phone's store account, so cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first, or you'll keep being charged.

What Catalyst keeps for 30 days

Catalyst keeps a short record of the deleted account: its ID and email address, when it was made and deleted, and which version of the terms you accepted. The record is deleted automatically after 30 days.

What stays on your phone

Deleting the account doesn't touch the copy on your phone. Your lessons, progress, Kat's outfit and wardrobe stay there until you uninstall Catalyst or use “Start a fresh notebook” in Settings, which opens from Profile.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Catalyst account”. If you signed in with Google, Facebook or Apple, send it from that account's email address. Catalyst deletes the account within [Decide: e.g. 7 days] and replies when it's done.

What deleting doesn't cover

Deleting your Catalyst account doesn't delete your Google, Facebook or Apple account.

Supabase keeps sign-in records for security, which can include your IP address. [Decide: whether these go with the account or stay until they expire, and for how long]
